I lost some ships because commands I made were not record by the game.
Sometimes it was because I gave the command before I was out of the warp, sometimes because the game was just to laggy.

I would like to see the last three commands I made before they were aplicated.

For example, I Give the command to my ship to shoot, to scramble and to orbit my target. There is always a time between the moment I give the commands and the moment it is effectively done.

I would love to see icons that tell me that my commands are registered and will be effective. If these Icons had specific colors for each coimmand type it would simplfy the read to.

So basicly you want commands like the Jump command for stargates (the one where your ship warps to 0 and jumps by itself), for targeting, scrambling, shooting etc.?

Just seems too.. RTS'ey (yes that's a word, i just invented it)

So… kind of like making the “selected item” buttons look and behave similarly to the modules — blinking and showing timers to indicate that this is what command has been activated and what it's trying to do right now? Not necessarily in the exact same style, but using the same visual language.

Yes, I could see that being handy.

No I want to see if the command I made hab been record by the game.
When you target a ship, and the ship is not avalaible you have to spam the button, after you have to spam the orbit button or the approach button to be sure that you ship will do it...
If an icon would tell you that the command is recorded and is waiting to be made, you could focus your attention to your next actions wihtout the fear to see your ship doing nothing instead of apply your commands.

Basically the problem is that you give commands to your ship but you have no way to know if your ship will really do them.

The way I interpret it, it sounds a bit like the"Action Queue" in various games, from The Sims to Neverwinter Nights to whatever other kinds of games use this. I honestly think it would be very useful, but it might also be a bit processor-heavy. Still, it sounds nice to have, when CCP is done patching Inferno 1.0...

Action Queue is a good description. With Time Dilation it could be really useful too.
