UNSUB ALL THE THINGS...

With all these accounts being unsubbed there should be less demand for PLEX. This is CCP's plan to bring the price down.

This. I am a grown woman in my 30s. I have lots of options for my gaming budget -- and with no kids, I do have the time. So I'll just go inactive again, and leave my toon in EVE, training. If I don't play for another year or two, I'll finally decide to quit paying.

I won't come back and give my **** away. I won't transfer my 80m sp toon to anyone else. I'll just go poof.

In the meanwhile, I will stop telling my friends about EVE (so far, in five years, at least 8 active accounts belonging to adult gamers are directly because of my promoting EVE to my friends). So that's where I can get them, I guess.

When all my gaming friends ask me why I still play this retardedly difficult space game, I can say "I don't" and "Wanna run a lane with me on LoL?"

Right. Because balancing game play by redistributing minerals is their job, as GMs. Messing with goons and other player corps is not. I'm fine with all that, don't care.

None of that is tantamount to the flippancy of this redesign, relative to the games existing users. It's the same thing as ship spinning -- they made a major change, and took away something that was maybe seen as silly to them, that I nonetheless really like and use a lot.

Also, if you'd actually read my post, you may note I did not claim I will unsub.

Well tbh the merits of the UI depend on what you do a lot of in game. If you pvp, then big deal. If you do industry and manufacturing and management of corp hangars, then well...guess you are screwed


Yes! It matters what you do in EVE. I can see this change helping someone who just runs missions or PVP.

It fully sucks for POS life. Did anyone even try it there? Surely, it was a calculated decision then, to buttfuck only the characters with the years and years invested, who live at and operate POSes.

A few ways to solve this problem:


Go to contracts,item exchange private set to "lanyaie" select station with stuff, select all stuff, next button, buyer will receive(enter all your ISK optional but will be a good benefit) next button, finish the contract



Rinse and repeat until you have no stations left to pick stuff from.

You should have your inventory fixed back to how you want it (You can even create your own)


Btw train up the contracting skill

I always thought that Eve players were pretty devoted to, and supported Eve.
All the 'unsub' threats just seems to go against that.
We all know that CCP have a long tradition of 'screwing' things up, then fixing them (mostly) over a period of time.
Eve is Eve, just get on with it.

But only till I can change to a bank that has banks where I am. Turns out Bank of America doesn't have banks in Birmingham, Alabama. Closest one is 110 miles away Shocked

unsubbed 2 accounts, regretfully. CCP roll back or make the UI at the very least optional. I've done this to be heard very clearly, for those of you that are not bothered by this thats fine but please support your fellow pilots that are or at least go post in the I like the new UI thread - try and convince us why.
