Never complained about anything yet, but the new patch is a total waste of time.
- new missilles graphic animation that nobody will enjoy cause most of the players are set on low graphic settings due to lag.
- waste of time REMAKING ship that ppl were happy of (stealth bombers)
- making a mess of the perfectly fine cargohold system
And thats just few points made after a 15 min playing.

Anyway lets meet in Jita to shoot at that bloody statue once more.

The inventory overall is something that I will have to get used to, however I would like the ability to separate out my ship hanger from my actual station storage, and my ship storage when I want to. I think that point is the jist of why most people currently hate the new Inventory.

Also the new inventory window does not remember the place you put it in. It can be mind blowingly slow to update sometimes.

Something about the market system seems different in the cost to setup market orders - I don't like put it back.

MISSILES particularly bombs are awesome, they are so awesome that my favorite one changes every time i see a different bomb go off.

OH ALMOST FORGOT - salvage drones ASAP that is all

Did the designers actually look at the functionality of the inventory view of where it was placed, or did they just go "ooooo shiney new look" and go with it?

I think the inventory view would have been better placed in Assets rather than for your hangers and cargo holds. This view is a nightmare for larger corporations, and for those that are multi-boxing where they need to have access to the hanger of a hauler like an Orca.

I don`t know if this was said before here, but a filter for cargoholds could be a big improvement, the way that we can filter sings from ships while we scan, or the overview. Other than that is a great system.

And issue that I had was that I was looking at my ships cargohold while changed ships and after I changed ships a window appeared telling me that I couldn't look at the cargohold couse the ship wasn't active. The window entered in some kind of loop that it couldn`t be closed or put in the background. Killed the client externaly, the only way that it let me.

Bob Artis, you will be missed.

I've returned playing EVE lately (after 4 years fallback), but it's funny to see how the bad "tradition" of ignoring users experience /feedback by CCP - still persists and pops up here in forums.

Dear Devs, I have some experience in programming and I know how ungrateful end-users can be sometimes. And I honestly think that you had only positive intentions while designing new Cargo Interface and investing a bunch of programming hours during the process...

But...
If you have near 700 posts here by now, while most of them contain complaints about the interface at first place... If from the first minutes of Inferno gameplay my chat was flashing with "cargo sucks!" like posts, than the point is obvious - just change it.

Change it back to previous version first. Then, test new version again on beta servers, do a little questioning work among the testers. If it's mostly positive - then launch it to outer space. Please...

It's amazing to see how such ignorant thing like Cargo UI (User Interface) can become so annoying and completely destroy the impression about whole "Inferno" expansion (IMHO).

As I said - I much appreciate really huge developing work that had been done here. EVE universe is Universe. Large, impressing, and still challenging. Please, don't spoil us such epic experience by ignoring our "basic" Smile UI needs.

Best regards.

I personally like the new inventory system, BUT, as it stands right now i don't have a huge amount of assets and i dont use any POS's which by looking at it i think it could get confusing.

I think having an option for people to switch back to the old system for now might be a good idea to qwell the epic amount of whining,

Yet i think with some serious suggestions from players on how to improve the inventory it can be made much more user friendly for POS's and large lists of assets and ships (If CCP will listen to you guys, thats if you can suggest improvments without 90% whinge)

I have been using the old system since the beginging of time but did not take long to figure out how to use this new system easily, even for mining. Which some epic whiners said was impossible nowQuestion

More ore for me i guess Cool

I noticed also 1.0.1 fixed one issue i had with it already which is if you drag a whole bunch of assets into the hanger but one was a ship it would just do nothing, glad to see it now moves everything but the ship Big smile

hey.

I have problems with my local chat. People on my watchlist does not work as intended. People that are in local chat are shown as offline. People that are not even in my system are showen as if they are and they switch from online to offline status all the time.

Sometimes it's difficult to be patient with those that are mildly intellectually "challenged".

Let CCP fix the minor bugs (update when dragging from one window to another, remembering window positions after session changes, and better filters for the tree itself), and if it bugs you merge our ships and items hanger with station services which is (and always has been) more efficient.

By the way, if you pin the windows where you want them they DO remember where you put them... and this can be different positions between in space and in hanger. They just need to not close during session change.

Dear CCP,

Game Making; you're doing it wrong.

After almost decade no one is held accountable for a proper release that *works*? Test the stuff extensively, don't implore your users to download patch after patch for an expansion that is supposed to update the game and improve it.

This is the equivalent to me coming out to your house to perform a service every six months, but having to come back every single time after the services I render to do touch up work 2 or 3 times a day for a week... Doesn't seem very professional does it? I cut your grass, but I forgot to edge. Damn. I edged the other day but I forgot to clean up the grass clippings.

Stop being another Microsoft and forcing stuff out before it is ready, or is it the mission objective to do this? Maybe spending more money on your actual product versus flying Goonswarm and their drunk buddies out to make media mistakes for you? Good job!

One thing that would be nice. Please let us sell things straight form our containers, It such a pain having to move stuff back into your main hanger from your containers to sell.

More importantly - contract items out of containers.

Incarna - Newest business example of mismanaged capital. CCP - Continuing to gank independent PI producers every day

PvP's latest  incentive program ** Unified Inventory **  'Cause you gotta kill something after trying to use it

Well here's my feedback from the last 2 days.

- Missle effects are welcome.
- The extra load on my cards however is not (20-30C increase), I know this is not related to the missles but I was able to run 2 clients on full before Inferno and after I cannot.
- The new inventory is ok, however there are many niggles that make it unpleasant, 1 being not being able to see your active ship and not being able to drop items into the ship hanger.
-Kill reports I love

Factional Warfare:

- New system is great in the most part
- Defending plex's need a reward other than standing as they really aren't as worth doing.
- System upgrades need well more, it's a good start but they need to be more intresting.
- Corps can still dock in some stations even though they are at war.
- Harder plexes need to give more rewards, I think you should look at the system you have in incursions and apply it, this would help people work as a group and not solo entities as the current system seems to promote (it's way to easy to bail on a plex if hostiles appear).
- Higher level systems should have harder plexes and better rewards to encourage people to attack the other Faction's base systems.

I like the new missile grraphics.
BUT I don't like the new UI system. I liked to look at my cargo hold and my hangar when loading Ammo. I cannot do this now.
The open window will sometimes flip to the Inventory window that you are placing things in.
PLEASE go back to the way it use to be.
