Fix issues reported on the test server before pushing changes live EVEN if it means delaying release

Such a policy would have three positive impacts on the eve community.

1) Players would be frustrated by fewer poorly or incompletely implemented features.

2) Moderators would have a lower work load, especially on patch days.

3) Players would be more likely to test new features if they believed that their feedback would result in positive change.

Love the new inventory. They ought to make it even bulkier and more of a pain to move/find stuff.Roll

This would definitely be a smart thing to do. It's just common sense really.

Especially when you have an 18-page long thread with detailed reasoning, you shouldn't just shrug it off.

I must admit I was surprised CCP ignored the feedback to the extent that they did, right up until I jumped in game and started getting the window pop up after ever session change I was thinking "boy I bet you those CCP guys are just trolling, and they've got a fully finished version they just haven't uploaded to the test server yet".

Turns out that nope, CCP management just pushed out yet more unfinished "features". I mean kudos to the devs, you guys have done great work and I like the way the UI is headed, but it isn't a finished or full feature. Nor is the war dec system.

Pretty lousy really. It would have been better if you just had a "it'll be released when its ready" approach to expansions.

Heh the patches today where an improvement, no more opening every session change. But the current system is still a PITA for salvaging.

Just been salvaging in a WH, lag and hitching every time I open a can. Then it lags when it switches back to cargo hold, and lags again when I open the next can. It's just a constant stream of obnoxious stuttering.

*EDIT: I know you aren't going to be rolling back at this stage, but please just fix the basic functionality. Even just getting rid of the behaviour that opens your cargo hold every time you loot a can would help. Maybe just close the damn window or leave it on the empty can?

Or how about allowing for an option to "loot all on double click", without even opening the window? That would be excellent.
