1. Bring back the old shortcuts and right clicks, make them open minimal new inventory system windows at that locations destination ... (no sidebar minimal size, hell how about remember the size of each buttons last window size when it was clicked!).
a. Item Button opens new inventory window
b. Cargo / Fuel / Drones bay buttons in right click and button, open by standard a no-sidebar window that jumps directly to the corresponding area.
c. Corp Hanger, opens the Item Window but jumps to the corp hanger tab and shows hanger 1's content to start.
d. SHIPS BUTTON IN NEOCOM.... Jump to as if you clicked on the ships tree and shows the list of ships, without the treeview shown......

2. Move POS weapons to a sub folder thats closed by standard when on grid.

3. FIX THE REMEMBERING OF WINDOWS for Docked/Undocked states, and there location/size and what tab they were at, as well as whether sidebar was visible or not.

4. Allow the renaming of Corp Hangers on POS's and Silos etc, and for the love of god make every Pos person happy especially with the new system and REMOVE THE 2500m limit from pos modules!

DO THESE 4 THINGS and make So Many people happy!!!!!!!!!!!

This would allow EVERYONE to have the old style of working, but with the new functionality available EVERYWHERE....

if you want to go 1 step forward, make it eventually so we can add neocom shortcuts to special parts of the item manager, like if i want to drag a corp hanger 3 to my neocom and have it open my corp hanger 3 in a popup minimilist window it would that would be nice...

Yeah. It's not possible to fit 2 Damage Controls of any different meta level, so it is possible (surely, it must).
If I were you I'd just do it. If it was intended to be passive, why bother asking anyone, right? Big smile

We have the PWNAGE modules which were named as such "just because". Do us all a favor and make it passive for the same reason.

Unified inventory is yet another fixing of something that wasn't broken. It is quite frankly a piece of s*&^ (self edit).

I want different windows for different things not some left hand side menu. Roll it back folks or make it optional, you know, like you did with that other White Elephant called "Captain's Quarter's"

Instead of funny social chatter between you guys, wouldn't it be better if you actually answer some of the questions the players have and fix this crappy expansion?

Why did CCP "stayed the course" with this crappy inventory feature after all the negative feedback from Sisi?

Well.... CCP dropped the ball again i think.

A lot of people left when CCP started messing with stuff that "should" have been left alone.

Now with the mass rage and disappointment regarding the feedback from the inventory which dates back to introduction on the test server. It leaves me wondering if CCP are intentionally p****** of their player base.

They stayed the course with this inventory despite so much negative feedback, I understand that some people like the new system, thats their personal choice. But would it have been so hard for an option to use the new inventory same as there is an option for hanger/quarters/blank background when docked?

Or even tweaking it so that if you open say the items in a new window and pin it it actually stays, same with ship cargo.

I and others from reading this topic among others believe that this needs looked at. EvE is a steep learning curve for new players as it is, the new inventory does nothing to help this. Again some people will say either deal with it of go away. However as a business model making the game as annoying as possible to learn is not going to bring new subs and will likely lose some.

just my semi sober thoughts.

How come someone mentions anything other than this horrid UI and Dev's jump on it. Are the Dev's waiting to release an offical statement? Something like "we knew it was poo but so much hard work went into it we thought we would put it in TQ just to see. You never know the minority might like it."

there appears to be a bug with the local channel when a pilot logs offline in a system. it appears that when a pilot logs off in system he/she stays visible in local, im sure you can see how this will pose a major problem with nullsec pilots as they use the local channel as a vital source of intel towards whether or not hostile pilots are in system.

what sad is the complaints were all expected, from the sisi build, and the recommendation i made a few posts ago were stated over and over to CCP to make before rolling to TQ yet they didnt and it went unanswered and now look what happened

EveHQ and EFT do it. I don't understand how it would be so hard to implement in-game. You went partway there showing ship damage on the fitting window (thanks for that, btw). Let's see this fitting window improvement taken all the way now.
