Hello All,

I am auctioning my level 5 Basilisk pilot. She has some training in Mining as well and can also fly a Drake. She has just over 9.2 million SP and is currently finishing training in Repair Drones (can use t1's presently). EXCELLENT INCURSION PILOT! Starter Hulk and Vulture pilot as well.

char appraiser GL mate


Character appraiser does not take into account ANY form of specialization. These skills are not just spread all over, they are tightly focused into a specialty (Logistics). This makes the character a much more valuable character. Now if she had 9.2 million SP spread all over, she would be worth what the appraiser says. Additionally, the appraiser doesn't account for things such as the number of available remaps, killrights, killboards, etc. Things that allow a purchaser the freedom of tailoring the character to their likes and pathing the character to their plan. These things warrant a subjective value and avail themselves to a more discrete buyer. The appraiser works more like a base value of the character and is completely generic. She's also the only level 5 logistics pilot for sale right now, something else the appraiser doesn't account for; rarity and availability. I believe your offer of 5 billion (above) is evident of the disparity between the Character Appraiser and the true value of specialized characters. Unfortunatley, it does not meet the buyout but you are welcome to continue it as a bid (in which case the reserve is met but you will need to change it to a bid in a new posting).

Supplemental: She also makes an excellent Fleet Booster Pilot starter. To fly a vulture requires one to have Logistic skills. She's a fast track for it!

Worth noting that a Logistics Incursion Pilot is needed in ALL incursions (Assault/Vanguard/HQ, etc). This being said, and as anyone doing incursions knows, one can average 100+ Million isk an hour. The character can pay for itself in a week easily. Currently have a 2.5 billion bid on her.
