Revamp dronelands to EoM faction-Drones to hybrid drones revamp

Alright, been a long time since I did carebearing, but well was today, and EoM...

Now these ships always looked good, but havent seen them for a long time. So new turrets since last, the nebulas, etc. These ships are the premier in looks, and they also match a needed faction combo. Gallente and Amarrian. The gallente are hybrid, and the amarrian are tanks or other things. Here is the way I see it.

First, the change in drones. Their unique augmented and integrated drones need revamping to be useful. Spread them throughout space randomly, and with drones improved, offers a unique loot for explorers. Just rebalance those drones.

Now the EoM, the way I view it is first they use hybrids, like gallente which is cool, but the npcs use shields, which looks cool, but tougher to fit in, fortunately gallente can typically use one or the other. We don't want to outpower caldari, but since faction ships are expensive, not worried. The Apoc hull and beams themselves are known for range. So the amarr side gets a range bonus. Here is how I view it.

Bonus Gallente: Tracking hybrid
Bonus Amarr: Hybrid range

Slots: something like an 8/5/6 or similar to gallente. More mid, less low than amarr.

Now this is precursory, the amarr tie in is tough to think while keeping the shield option the npcs use open. But I think this would be an awesome balance to make dronelands on par with other sec, and make drones themselves more interesting too.

Oh, I shoulda added to this as well. That is current TQ models for the screenshots, not whatever they look like V3. Hmm... I might need to farm tq missions this weekend

All faction ships are a combination of a primarily shield race (caldari/minmatar) and a primarily armor race (amarr/gallente) this would mess up that balance and it doesnt make sense.
There are also more gallente and minmatar faction ships then others so if anything there should be a caldari/amarr combo. (Armor ECM anyone?)
This would also allow for another armor missile ship.

The main idea was that there already are certain combinations of ships. Definitely not minmatar since min/gal and min amarr already exist. Cal/gal already does as does cal/amarr. Would be nice to get the other mixes, but EoM also does pretty much portray the whole cal/amarr style and the location would work alright for that. The main reason for hybrid is that is what the EoM use. In reality, the whole of EoM doesn't truely make sense being amarr with hybrids. The hybrid connection is easy to do, but to tie in amarr is tough since the EoM do run shields in game. Ideally EoM would be armor tankers in game as npcs and the sansha should show shield.

On that topic, could fix the dang sansha mods so they are shield, and change current sansha tank goods to the EoM armor.
