Packetloss Fix

As someone in CCP told me, EVE does not disconnect on a single lost packet. As i have noticed it very well does. I lose 1 our of every 1000 or so packets as my connection is a microwave wireless beam transmitting to a tower 5 miles away where leaves or wireless interference will sometimes corrupt a packet or 2. I'm sure many people don't have this issue but I do know some people randomly up and disconnect and this could be due to packetloss of some kind.

My suggestions for fixing or helping people with this issue are as follow:

1. Add an indicator to the screen that suggests you may have lost a packet, and if so EVE should try to resend the packet rather than let you float there for 5 minutes not knowing that CCP already stopped accepting your further packets.

2. Warn the user that they lost connection, and to save any evemails they are typing or any chat messages they typed in the last 5 minutes before CCP forces EVE to restart for, well silly reasons because restarting shouldn't be required. Warning should be a passive window movable and able to be put behind other windows so a user can select all in their eve mails and copy them to notepad, samewith chat messaes and should allow for 60 to 120 seconds or just restart the client when the user clicks X or Ok on the message.

3. Add my previous idea of EVE MAIL DRAFTS for crying out loud so like in the forums, if something happens to cancel our post/evemail, we can recover it and send it later. At the same time, display previously failed chat messages in another window to let the user know their message did not send.
