Every morning at server reset, CONCORD should nominate a single pilot out of all of us that has the ability to attack a single ship without CONCORD intervention. This would put the fear into all "safe" players.

Once combat is initiated the target clearly has the ability to fight back without CONCORD intervention, this would add a bit of risk, and lots of fun to the current system.

Now with 100% less Troll.

This is fine, so long as your account is charged 10x the normal monthly subscription just for the one day to attack without repercusions. Really, it should cost you extra since you don't belive that everyone's subcription cost isn't equal but yours is obviously superior for some reason. Works for me, maybe CCP should offer gold and platinum subscriptions where you actually pony up more to reduce the repercussions you belive you should avoid. Forget gold ammo, lets see who can **** away more cash in real life since obviously everyone isn't on the same level which means you just have to pay for that right.
