CCP... Events and Gathering forums are not working

Events and Gathering forums will not let you reply to a post, or add a new post. I want to advertise an "Eve Player Gathering with Icelandic Beer Tasting" event to be held in San Gabriel, California (in Los Angeles area) but it won't let me.
