  • Zero loss from skills for production
  • Good starting skills for invention
  • Able to fly industrials and a freighter. Preferably Amarr.
  • Maxed PI Skills (colonies & upgrades. Scanning not req'd)
  • POS Gunnery a plus

Required Attributes
  • Zero standings with any highsec NPC faction.
