CCP, please don't...... please...... just don't.

There was nothing wrong with the button items and the button ships.
There is no need for them to be integrated into 1 inventory button.

I have no problem with getting used to something new, but if i have to, it'd better be for something that needed to change ( and this plainly didn't ).

If other people think the old system was flawed, please, check out the new one and see what you think.

btw, where the hell is my Corp Hangar button all of the sudden?

They redid the entire inventory system in the game, so it couldn't stay the same. CCP knows it's a major part of the game, so if you want them to make changes, tell them your issues and improvement ideas in the various feedback threads about the feature. They aren't going to/can't go back on this. They can only move forward and keep developing it further, so do us all a favor and report your issues in order to make sure as many issues as possible get ironed out before it even hits TQ.

The current Sisi build is incomplete. Its new and different, its not horrible, yet its really hard to break the habit of how I moved things around before. Its not final either. It will hopefully be more feature complete in the coming weeks.

This. The new interface really does look amazing and is a nice piece of work. However the one-window functionality with no ability to remember settings between station/space and different ships is painful to use compared to the current system.

The main request I've seen is that if the windows could remember where they were popped out to, and be different for in space and in station, things would be MUCH better.

Don't pull another Incarna CCP, don't force us to use the new system with no recourse, leave us some wiggle room to set stuff up as we see fit.

I wonder when the day comes no one will whine about changes...

This could be fun.

I can end your wondering: it will never come.

Change is frightening.

I sure as hell know any new player starting to play eve after inferno would be horrified to see the old interface.

In case you have not noticed the way in which we interact with the world of EVE is constantly changing. Saying right off the back "Please abandon many man hours of hard UI work" Isn't helpful nor valid.

Instead, this needs to be viewed as the process it is. Make suggestions to make it better. Provide feedback of every bit of its operation so it is better by the time the 22nd comes around.

Have you survived with things as they are now?

Yes, right? You aren't a ghost, eh?

Well then, however things are now are survivable.

If they change, then the changes may not be survivable.

So change is bad. Even if the current situation leaves many things to be desired.

Imagine if no one told them about storage containers and they had to use the old interface.

Turns out very few people actually READ the DevBlog, which clearly outlines that you can open up multiple windows by Shift+Clicking, and using the Context menu.

I, for one, am confused with the new inventory. But as I set up the filters, and the containers in SiSi, I get more and more excited for the amazing possibilities this new interface brings.

Don't be uninformed assholes, read the blogs, and actually SPEND SOME TIME with the new interface. It will blow you away.

The discovery that shift and click on anything in that window will open a new window made it a wonderful dream!

My carrier I can quick assess containers, grab boosters and said which is awesome.

Confirming EVE is full of old people that don't want to upgrade from Windows 95.
