I did not see a F&ID post on this so here we are.

With the recent change to the Orca's corp hanger, alliance operations or operations involving non corp members is a greater headache. To that end, changing the Orca's corp hanger to a fleet hanger in which any fleet member would have access would solve the issue.

CCP Greyscale has already suggested the idea here so this thread is more about not letting CCP forget.

The corp hangers never should have been corp hangers in the first place is the problem.. CCP fix this.

  - remove the cloaked from local; free intel is the real problem, not  "afk" cloaking -
