I dont realy know if something like that was suggested already.
I want to see pilots to care about their ships more. Not like "I lost a ship so i am going to jump into another."
Maybe ship should get some bonuses for surviving longer time.
Like crew earns experience in fights so it operates a ship better.
Ship could get like 10 % bonus to all of its attributes like hp, speed , agility and such if it survives for a month or something like that. But only time spent in the ship should be counted.
That way pilots would care more about their ships. And seriusly.... Would you work for a guy who would sacrifice all of its crew just because he thinks that space explosions look nice ?

Any other ideas ?

Then you should have searched for all the other posts and responses that have come up instead of creating your own, because it has been addressed many times.

I'll give you the short answer though:
Making pilots even more risk adverse is bad for the game
Adding in bonuses like that unbalances the game towards the people that have crew
Lore wise, IIRC ships are flown by the player in their pod hooked into the ship's systems, not a crew

tl;dr: No

Yup; the pilot is floating in life-support goo inside their pod, physically integrated with their ship via brain-cables.

There /are/ regular pilots with regular crews, but those guys also have regular mortality, and aren't playable :P

Lore wise, there IS a crew on capsuleer ships.
but also lore-wise, ts a VERY SMALL skeleton crew whoa rent allowed to touch ANY main systems, they ar emroe maintenence if anything, like making sure wirings dotn come loose and cargo doesnt fall over when you bump into soemthing.

ona capsuleer ship crews dont do anything, so lore-wise it wouldnt make sense to get a bonus form ()let alone an absurd 10% bonus) fromt he crew.

gameplay wise, this woudl just eb 1 more reason for people to wait or comepletely avoid pvp altogether, and depedning on the bonus, would either be a pointless expense NO ONE would shell out the isk for, or become such a necessary advantage that anyone who DID'NT avoid pvp until the experiance got to full was guaranteed to lose.

so TL;DR, no.

(also, im nto even going to egt into how terribel fo a mechanic this woudl eb for those who live in areas where you COULD'NT even get crew, depending on implementation, ull-sec players would have a probelm, and regardless of implementation, wormhole players would egt screwed in this deal)

Crewmen aren't stupid. They've got their own rescue pods just in case something goes horribly wrong. You just don't have to worry about it, as it would add additional complexity to the game, that isn't really necessarily. Lore wise, I'd consider crew being handled by your corporation (so you don't have to worry about it, plus you're not the one to decide).

Also, I wouldn't say the crew sits there idle and waiting for something to break. Look at the new turrets and missile launchers: They've got windows and are most likely manned. The pilot is linked to many ship systems, but probably not all of them (cause it would still be overwhelming). In a similar way, things like drone bays are most likely operated by automated systems and crewmen. It's not essential for the efficiency of the ship as a whole that things like managingl, refilling them (or doing makeshift repairs) are something the pilot would have to worry about.
