game unplayable due to client crashes as per this thread. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=82128&p=9 , and a total lack of response from your end as to a possible remedy . i cannot justify sending you money for something that does'nt work as intended . I have a second account that unfortunately has just resubbed for six months . i shall be looking for a refund of subscription on that account if this problem is not remedied soon . i look forward to playing your game when this has been fixed.
thank you in anticipation.

I will do the same. No reason to keep paying if I cannot play. If the issue is not solved by the end of my subscriptions (2 accounts) then I'm sure I will find other games/companies that will be happy to earn 30$/month from me.

once again. 2 minutes ago. both accounts timed out.

edit: tried to run trace route as soon as i got lag. jump 10 had some packetloss in it. maybe that jump is the cause.

I guess since people are still having issues, it's not totally fixed but I haven't had a disco for 3 days now. I do see some different routes than before though. Telstra Global is a new one.

I didn't get DC'd at all yesterday or today before DT, but after DT today I started getting DC'd again, this is really pissing me off... struggling to keep this somewhat decent...

Sorry about that.. now that I've calmed down a bit I can give you some more information.

Unlike previously reported, I got disconnected after heavy lag, yet my ping results were constant 290ish ms, which doesn't expain the lag as that's normal. But thing of most note is that there was no time outs for the ping requests. FPS was at a constant 60 so lag didn't appear to be at my end.

Also unlike previously I got disconnected twice within 5 minutes, were as before it was never less than every half hr or so.

I hope that helps.

If you're still having issues, I would suggest posting a tracer route and a ping plotter screenie. Could help rectifying the issue.Blink

Same here, it does seem to happen after this new launcher and i even went out and bought a new pc hoping to fix it but nope.
I have almost lost a few ships because of it, when it logs you out your ship and charector still show in space so you are vulnerable to attack.
Now theres another problem with really slow login and when i dock in station i just have black screen.
Come on ccp why try and fix something that wasnt broken. It was good a couple months ago now i cant trust it to fly around in null.

my connection was better for the last 2ish days, but since DT i have not been able to log in for more than 30 seconds.

Whats going on CCP?

seems like a fair few people have illustrated the problem, is anything happening? have people been contacted?

it would be dissapointing if so much ccp effort can go into goons greifing jita while real, serious problems get ignoored.

Here are some of the issues I have had with eve over the last 2 weeks. Shocked

Client crashing randomly
Character selection screen stuck "entering game as..?
Finally loading into eve and my ship is stuck at some safe spot. Cant active modules or warp to anything. It will then crash. Some random socket error and a crash.

Australia / WA
ISP: Westnet.

Please fix this.
