Is there a way to precisely position windows in the UI?

I'm looking for a way to specify the positions and dimensions of windows precisely and then pin them.

I know that settings are stored in %LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\c_program_files_ccp_eve_tranquility\settings but besides prefs.ini, I don't know of a way to edit the files.

escape -> snap distance -> 3 (I like 3 because it stops the windows from doing funky things, but still lets you make sure everything lines up absolutely perfect.)

It won't matter if you don't have your windows "stick while pinned" because clicking anywhere on the screen has the potential of randomly moving a random open window under where you clicked.

Only solutions:
NO WINDOWS OPEN and pin the ones you can't close.
Don't click anymore.
Pin every single window.

This is by far the most annoying aspect introduced (in Incarna or Incursion? I can't remember when it started... all I know is it was still doing it on SiSi this afternoon).

Can't wait to dual box my Dust toon and EVE toon on the same machine!

Leaning towards troll. We will see how long this thread goes with out any more bot accusations before the OP tries to drop some more "subtle" hints that they are botting in an attempt to illicit a response.
