I see, thank you. This was for two different passwords. The version with two characters with same password I did not try.

ok cant get api key to update now need help

where it says name i put account name
verifaction code I leave alone
character is where i put my game name gox 24
type leave on character
access mast leave alone
expires i just click on no expiry

clicked on the following
account status
char info
skillqueue
skilltraining
char sheet

chat info
standings
medals
and hit submit

and its a no go please help

Gox24 try use this link - https://support.eveonline.com/api/key/createpredefined/59645960

Then log in with the new api key/vCode - and under your "home" press Save Settings on your character(s).

Employment history added to the pilot pages. Also some maintenance has been performed increasing the speed in general.

I had that in mind for the first draft, but then I had to redesign it so it hasn't come in, but yes I plan to add that and maybe just show the first 2-3 corps, and then have you extend it to view all.

I like that, but as noted above it does take quite some space for those of us that took a while to settle with one corp. Oops

Maybe I missed it ....let ppl indicate price they are looking for, when toon was posted for sale, some sort of price suggestion so ppl dont keep asking on forums also possibly a thing where you can put in to find a character based off of another toon that you like and it could return results that are similar etc...buying a toon is pain in the butt with eve forums as they are

So I need input - what is a good way of ranking pilots when one only has these categories:

Age (DoB)
Longest employment
Number of employer
Security status (could be seen as two categories +/-)

Is there any way to calculate an overall rank based upon that. Could add in like being in a non-npc corp, being in an alliance, number of members in corp/alliance things like that.

Length of pilot name? lol Need ideas here to make it so even newer pilots can have a chance to place good on a rank as well.

Hey Chribba,

I don't know if this is the kind of idea you're looking for, but given that date of birth is now in the API, how about creating two or three new ranking categories for characters of various age ranges? The rankings would be based on overall rank (the composite rank currently led by Viggen) calculated as it currently is, but be limited to characters within each designated age range. The ranking categories might look something like:

Top Rookies..... characters aged 0 to 1 year
Fast Trackers.... characters aged 1 to 2 years
Emerging Elite... characters aged 2 to 3 years

Or something like that.

I know that doesn't speak to all the limitations at the front of your post, but it may be a way to create a competitive arena, ranked and displayed, for younger characters, based on scores already being calculated for those characters.

That is an interesting idea, this rank question however is in general and not related to the current ranking. But I like the idea on [eb] as it would create more dynamic ranks.
