There numbers are from CCP Diagoras and his twitter (which if you like numbers and do not follow you should go correct):

Quote:
There were 53,485 PVP kills in high security space in March.
The top alliances: RvB - BLUE (11232), RvB - RED (10659), TEARS (670).
That means RvB accounted 41% of high sec PVP losses in March. That's pretty crazy.

Come join the awesomeness that is RvB!

RVB are two epic corps.

A friendly bump from someone who had great fun in RVB for a month.

Joined a few days ago without ever really been into "consensual" PvP before.
It's just awesome. I login, join a fleet and PEWPEW all over the place.
I just wish I had joined earlier. <3 RvB

I enjoy my time in Blue. Some issues with upshipping and other sandbox things but overall, great highsec PvP experience. I keep coming back.

One of the many great things about RvB is that regardless of your skill-points / experience, you'll always find other pilots on the same level as you to fleet up with / shoot in the teeth.

You will always find a crew to run with.

The Dbags that can infest other parts of eve don't last long with us.

We don't bully them, they just end up leaving when they realise nobody wants to play with them.

Too busy having fun.

That man is the noblest creature may be inferred from the fact that no other creature has contested his claim.

My first day in RvB was an interesting one. I have been playing Eve for over a year, but up until now I was the definition of carebear (complete with the 4.96 sec status). I had never PvP'd before, though I had been blown up numerous times by those who knew what they were doing.

Eventually I skilled up enough to fly a Tengu well. I had excellent missile skills, shield/cap/energy skills, and flight skills. Taking a Tengu to L4's and soloing them with ease wore off fast, and alas, I lost interest in Eve. I had 3B in ISK doing nothing, a hangar full of ships (T1/T2... you name it), and I just flat out quit the game.

I resubbed to Eve and joined RvB after a friend of mine raved about it. "Join RvB," he said, "you'll get into a FUN fight your first day... guaranteed!".

So I did. I joined RvB, and on my first day was involved in a 30 on 30 engagement where I was in on 12 kills. Flying frigs/destroyers/cruisers is fun, and the respect that the corp shows its pilots is second to none.

RvB has made Eve fun, removed my apprehension of PvP, and generally made this game so much more than what I thought it was.

Join RvB- you'll be glad you did. :)

Just a heads up in a more serious note. As recruitment officer of RvB, I'd like to remind anyone who has joined, or whose thinking about joining, to be clear on one thing.

To put it very very simply, RvB is meant to be fast, fun, casual pvp for both feds.. We discourage behavior against this intent, and if extreme actions are done that go against this ideal, we will take action against those players. To be more specific, these cases include excessive station camping/gate camping, excessive, intentional blobbing, etc. I hope you get the gist of it and will keep these words in mind.

Just keep that in mind, and everything will be fine ;) Have fun, keep pew-pewing, and don't be afraid to lose those ships!

RVB provides a great place for easy log in and get fast pew pew.

Additionally, for newer players it is a great place to learn the basics of PVP. We have RvB NoobFleet where you can get tips from vetran players, test fits to low armor and get ready for both solo and fleet play.

All in all, RvB provides a great place to start your PVP career in Eve.

Join the R-V-B channel for starters. Both corps are linked in there.

Click the one you wish to join and hit the "Apply button" at the bottom of the show info window.

However before this, remove your cspa charge, move some ships and modules to the combat area and system that your chosen side lives in :)

The restriction for t1 (usually cruiser and under) is a weekend theme every couple of weekends. Makes life much more fun for the larger numbers of newer/low sp/poorer players in our community than just fun for the rich alts with high sp and shinies to use.

10 man gangs. Something being tried on these event weekends, to encourage more folks to step up and FC. Not a day to day thing in RVB - 20-30 man gangs are a regular occurrence during the various prime times.

FFA weekends, NOT weeks. Time works differently in your little illiterate corner of the world? And in the past year we have only had 2 FFA weekends and the method of it has changed between them both.

Sounds to me like someone joined to try and be uber this weekend and got beat down.

You joined during an event weekend. And stayed only for the course of the event.

This weekend was Serendipitous small fleet FFA. Meaning T1 cruisers and below, no faction or T2 ships. 10 man fleets. And the ability to shoot anyone not in your fleet.

Certainly not my favourite choice, but I just decided to work on my alts standings instead.

Weekdays and no event weekends are completely different. If there's enough active people you can form a 250 man fleet of Tengus if you want.

Anyways, my experience in RVB started as me being part of a corp that was allowed to join RVB. At first I hated the idea, but I' grew to like it. Eventually my corp was removed and instead o staying or going elsewhere, I dropped corp and joined Blue.

Definitely the best idea I've made during my time playing EVE.

Hey RVB,
I've been looking around for a new corp. I am an engineering college student with inconsistent playing time and I was looking for a corp for carebears with teeth. While finding someplace that will train for pvp while being mostly a carebear corp is kind of hard to come by, I was thinking about RVB as well. While I can say that I am mostly a carebear, I want to be able to turn around and throw a proverbial punch back and survive a fight. I think a lot of my problem is anxiety where I realize its not a NPC in the cockpit of the other ship and it will be much more powerfull. Practice is probably the medicine for this.

I know that RVB has an excellent ship replacement program. Is this program something that I can carebear to help out with when I'm not learning how to PVP?

I'm also interested in shooting some Goons if RVB decides to counter burning Jita.

I'll probably join the public RVB channel to ask questions when I am in game later or shoot me an eve-mail.

Joined last week, "retired" about 10 of my rifters, helped our blue friends with spring cleaning their hangars as well.

Solo-pvp, small gangs, and bigger engagements ... a great place for the casual pvp'er with inconsistent playtimes.

So far, whenever I've logged on, there was always at least one fleet active I could join straight away. Lots of pewpew to be had.

RvB is the number one destination for boat loads of pew pew and "good fights". Really a bunch of friendly guys(and gals), as well as a lot of experienced players that are willing to help newbies out, and give pointers. Also plenty of competent FCs and Team leaders that keep RvB rollin'

So what are you waiting for? stop shooting rocks and get into the action TODAY!
