Its possible to create fleet to boost mining with Orca (or rorqual), but Orca pilot receives no payment for his service.

I propose new fleet form: Mining fleet. Squad, Wing and Fleet boosters would receive payment for boosting fleet. That would encourage people to make Mining fleets with Orcas and put add in Fleet Finder and take people in. For every 15 minutes of giving fleet boost you receive payment. People who join fleet are reduced 15 minute service fee to pool first and after 15 minutes cash is transferred to fleet booster. Payment only goes from time in same solar system with fleet booster. If service time is less than 15 minutes then fleet booster gets payment for actual service minutes and rest of cash is returned to miner (if miner quits fleet).
