Yes but additionally being able to look at things objectionably and not taking offense to much. Taking offense means you'll get angry and once that happens bad things might occur. Be willing to work with people ans see things from their point of view. It's a good mantra for GMs as well.

These forums are ruled and over run by sarcastic bitter players who try to enrich their pathetic lives by attacking others while hiding behind the anonymity of the internet. This has been encouraged and compounded by both a lack of moderator presence and selective moderation. Any attempt to bring attention to this issue results in replies being deleted and threads being locked, basically encouraging more of the same.

Best to forget about creating threads here and just have your friends and alts use the 'report' option - flag icon located in the header of the posted reply next to the time stamp. If forum moderators fail to act on the 'report', file complaints with customer service.

If I was an ISD I would say to you: Use your brains for once and try to search stuff yourself.

I-net searching 101:

1. Open your browser
2. Go the the URL and type in www.google.com
3. In google search engine type in: EVE Online ISD and hit enter / click search
4. First link you encounter is the official site for ISD and it also tells you how to apply

Pretty much. If you are serious about being an ISD one would expect the ability to find the requirements for yourself would get your foot in the door. But not being able to find something this basic suggests you may make a very, very bad ISD.

Your real name is Del Michael Crimson? And your alts as well? Otherwise, spot on. You're a perfect example as far as I am concerned. Down to the point of stifling any opinion other than your own through post reporting - even suggesting it needs to be done through alts and friends. That seems a bit narrow minded to me.
