Advice for channel links and newbie channel

Eve players come from different country with different languages, but the rookie help channel is english only.

I think it's a good idea to add these functions

1,New player can auto join the language channel in their chosen country.

2,Auto links can link to different channel ,

so people in the rookie help channel may drag these links for newbie who speak different languages.

(channel window is so small to find ) we should test it in language channel & rookie channel,

if it is useful, we could make auto link for all the channel.
