After viewing the posted replies of Mittani's 'People', I see no need to continue any discussion with them due to their *cough cough* insightful wisdom and *cough cough* profound logic.

But seriously, their continued posting is only creating more Die Hard's.

Almost, but not quite. Real people Know when to STFU.
Children, prepubescent teens and frustrated adolescents, meh, not so much.Children often mistake their attention demanding gibberish and prattle for opinions. It's a common failing amongst them.
Although, I think the implication was not that they were undisciplined children who cant follow a command directive, but rather, no directive was ever issued. Either way, it's rather damning.

the world is so full of bullshit artists it becomes easy to think the above is an apology. but it isn't, it's a deflection. he's trying to compartmentalize his apology to save face, instead of doing what he should be: apologizing for what he has chosen to (consistently) be.

see also: his (paraphrasing) "i can separate how i treat ppl via a keyboard from how i treat them with a microphone" as if there is a difference.

he might believe that lie enough if he keeps repeating it, but i don't think many others are buying

Mittens get 30 days ban for trying to get somebody to commit suicide IRL.

"Go kill yourself" is a frequent insult, especially in EVE, and nobody cares. It means nothing. I am neither surprised nor shocked that a CCP employee may have heard it and did nothing. He had probably completely forgotten about it five minutes later. I would have.

But this whole phony outrage over nothing seems to go on forever. The only truly outrageous thing that happened is that Mittani was thrown under the bus by CCP.

There is no justification for what happened. It has been dealt with. Now, It's gone beyond stupid into something sick.
