wana buy amarr carrier pilot with good jump skills and drone and armor rep skills, focused or unfocused dont matter. whats the cheapest i could get 1 for?

If you don't mind some training yourself...go the easy (and cheapest route) and buy a basic Rorqual pilot. They have the basics for a Carrier pilot and withing 2-3 weeks you'll have a solid Carrier toon.

Speaking from experience here, and I bought a cheap Rorq pilot for 3.5 bil...they are out there. Evemon is a good tool. Request a limited API before buying and use it to see how long it'll take.
