I know this sound like blame the victim......

But you need to stop breaking the TOS and make you self into a potential victim.

You could also argue that he was talking to the CSM Chairman at the time and considering his position didn't think he would then use it months later to further mock and humiliate him in front of thousands of people..

well he being in the mental state that he may be in ... he could write about anything ... so Mittens took it and brought it to fanfest like a shiny trophy. if there were 50 such mails, i believe mittens would have been very happy with his harassment results and took them ALL to fanfest in a extended slides version to present .... but to ADD the part of asking players to help him die ... is way overboard ...

Put on the Breaks.... People voted on who the mittani for who he in game... Mittani continues to remain the mittani even though he has the added responsibility of being a voice for the players...

Also while on the CSM panel - the Mittani did act differently when he was on the alliance panel.

For example - Being third party for super transactions.

Except that the original eve-mail wasn't sent to The Mittani. And even then, no you couldn't.

Meta gamers are saying the information as lies. to get their way.

The only way to stop hurting Real people is for this real information from being presented.

I want him banned and removed permanently from CSM, ccp cannot keep him active, it will be a disgrace if ccp keeps him active.

With this witch hunt all you people have started. Please remember that you also will reap what you sow. If you push so hard for Mittens to get banned please don't wine when CCP bans you for something they consider bulling in game. If you think that this witch hunt will only affect him and no one else you are sadly a fool.

i do not know how real life legality will translate,

but in game wise i am hoping for CCP to BAN him. and possibly lifetime BAN all accounts.

CCP usually only acts on exploits of game, and i believe i do hear of BANs due to racists remarks

MITTANI created a new "exploit" that only he could achieve and deals with real life ... at fanfest ... and only as a CSM ... hmmm he could be smiling reading this.
