if someone DID succumb to his suggestion, what will happen?

For one, he'd be in cuffs, charged with conspiracy to harass, general harassment, and inciting harassment, at the very least. I wouldn't be surprised if the DA attempted to go after him for Man 2, but that'd be a stretch.

Leadership is something you learn. Maybe one day, you'll learn that.

I'm afraid that his incident if far more serious in nature than that. It's criminal. Trying to suggest others to make someone commit suicide is a criminal offence to which CCP may be held partially liable for hosting this at their venue.

A permament ban is the least of this person's problems. I would be far more concerned about a criminal charge for this conduct (which was on video) and a potential civil lawsuit that may result for the 'mental anguish' this person suffered as a result.

The "I was drunk" defence doesn't work very well in these circumstances.

If it was me who Mittanni did this to, I'd have filed a criminal complaint and sued Mittanni and those who may be held responsible.

The issue was never so much about the powerpoint. When they were traveling back home and reading forums, getting hate, he thought it was about the p-point, so he states. The deal with it was because he assumed it was only because of posting the quotes. Comments later say that when he got home, he saw the stream posted and then he knew it wasn't about just the powerpoint and the quote but the actions. I consider those statements to be factual. Guy does have brains, but I don't think anybody really would be able to watch that where on live stream he was falling off his chair, etc and think it was cool. Well, I am sure there are some, but Mittani doesn't strike me as that. Before judging the person, lets see his action when they talk about it.

After that, I call each and every person as a witness to prove he said it. You'd be surprised how easy it is to get a conspiracy charge pled out, mainly because many jurisdictions have the same penalty for conspirators as they do for the peron who commits the action.

What do you expect them to do? Turn on him? They are serving their purpose, it's not their problem a heapin' helpin' of clown shoes keep walking right into it and showing that they aren't any better. The real tragedy is that these threads are still going on.


Anyone with any real insight and understanding has pretty much spoke their mind and moved on. I'm just getting the lights and making sure we turned to crockpot off. Watching the goons have a field day with Salem's lot.

In many instances, the victim doesn't get a say. In this, he might, but prosecutors can be weird sometimes. Especially during an election year.
