Would The Mittani ever give 6 bill to a miner out of his personal wallet? Or was that Alex? People are failing to make the distinction because HE has failed to make the distinction on forums, podcasts, and now on a live feed at Fanfest.

If he had actually said something along the lines of "Go spam this guy until he commits suicide, here is his address and real life name, I command you all to harrass this man" then I would agree with you guys completely. But he didnt. He said "IF you do want to make that guy kill himself..." There is a world of difference between telling a room full of people to go harrass someone, and providing the name of a guy to another dude who was asking for the name. Just saying.

CCP's best option to save themselves one hell of a PR nightmare would be to ask Mittens to resign from the CSM in it's entirety. He's got to go, there is no way around it.

No way the CSM would be cancelled. The group itself is a functioning medium. What would be expected is that in any NDA or contract agreements will be a clause regarding public behavior regarding eve related matters, if it isn't there already.

As for RougeOperator and the youtube vid. It wasn't skipping yesterday at that point, though the vid steadily was choppy on the one I watched. Might be the site sensoring, or who knows.

It would be nice if we could get a real lawyer to talk about the cyber bully law rather than the hordes of internet lawyers who got their degree from wikipedia. Maybe we should ask a real lawyer, like Mittani or something.
