I must say, now I know even better, why everybody hates goonswarm.
almost all of their posts here are of astonishing stupidity and show a contemptuous attitude in the whole.

I find it hard to bear, that there is a circle of players, which obviously has some real power and which is led by a goon - not because most of the eve-players want him to, but because the biggest alliance (full of idiots aand having grown big with the mass-instead-of-class-method) told their members to vote for him.

if any1 hasnt seen it yet, heres the alliance panel @ fanfest where it all happened!

it was near the end where the Q&A was, and imho 99% of it was actually okay. mittens just stupidly stepped over the line with an answer to a question whilst completely wasted and on a typical mittens ego high thinking he was king of eve.

The best thing for EVE , CCP and the gaming community as a whole would be for the mittani to step down as he has offered.

As he has accepted responsibility and offered to do the right thing I dont think this should preclude him from running for the CSM in future.
