Pirates going to break the c-c-c-c-c-c-combo for QQing this expansion?

It never fails, but after each expansion pirates everywhere who used exploits becomes filled with nerd rage tears because said exploits, were fixed. For instance the Orca hot swap exploit.

My question is; will you horrible pirates not QQ this patch?

hehe guess you were right. They're already QQ'ing with the same old "umadbro" lines which is kinda outdated imo.

But in general and that goes for more games, its always the pvp'ers who whine the most. Nothing you can do about it.

While I do often think that EVE is dying, that CCP is the Illuminati testing their new "Carbon" mind-control device, and that the "door" leads to Narnia/the place where Tupac lives right now, I never really cared about the changes that are made to this game.

I have not cared, and will not care, because no matter what changes are made, I will always be a warrior, and you will always be a victim. As long as CCP does not remove our ability to shoot each other (essentially gimping player interaction and turning EVE into a WoW PvE server clone), this will continue to be so.

I wrote some true EVE stories! And no, they're not of the generic "my 0.0 alliance had lots of 0.0 fleets and took a lot of 0.0 space" sort. Check them out here:

Star Wars: the Old Republic may not be EVE. But I'll take the sound of dual blaster-pistols over "NURVV CLAOKING NAOW!!!11oneone!!" any day of the week.

Pirates dont use exploits to pvp, we dont need to. You tend to find people who do are wannabe pirates, prime example:

Hey there, hottie. You're a rather astute individual, and I bet that your instincts have rarely led you astray. Oddly enough, Incarna was the combo breaker. CCP did away with multiple jump bridges per system, unprobable t3 cruisers, and let more than 4 probes contribute to scanning strength. Of course, the pirates were out balling with the carebears over Monoclegate and their graphics cards melting over multiboxing (see, we're not that different from you, we need to simultaneously have our scouts and ECM just like you need to have your hauler and orca) so it fell under the rug. However, I do remember a few OMG NIJNAS WILL BE EVERYWHERE AND LOWSEC MISSIONS/SLEEPER FARMING R DEADZ posts.

And to answer your question: probably yes. CCP is promising to change local and most of the pirates think it'll be delayed and there will loot pinatas, mining barges and cake. The let-down is inevitable.
