I have a new found appreciation for the phrase "Politically Correct".


Seriously, good job on the maneuver.


However, I don't think any apology is necessary.


OH MY GOD, DON'T SHOOT THE GUY, HE MIGHT BE SUICIDAL! is going to be my phrase in fleets from now on.

so you got cought doing something that will screw you over on the game side, not 1st time you been doing shite way outta hand , now that its the brink of getting the boot i guess you can come clean ..

i really dont by any of it and hope ccp will go all out on this .. you dont deserve anything less in my mind.

csm or not screw it. bring the lawman and lets see where it ends.

On the contrary, standing up to one's mistakes deserves respect. Not everyone is able to do that. For what it's worth, the person behind The Mittani has made an impression upon me with this apology. So much in fact that now I'm torn on whether or not he should resign.

The Mittani you're an idiot for apologizing.

It won't stop people from doxing or harassing you. The opposition has nothing to do with what you said and everything to do with who you are a successful member of the CSM and a goon.

It's a well-written apology.

The question is whether or not you can be believed. People don't change overnight, and to be honest this comes across as similar to the "boy who cried wolf" tale...even if you're sincere, nobody believes you anymore.

Actions are much louder than words. We will see whether or not this has been a paradigm-altering event and a hint at future behaviour to come, or just the meaningless ramblings of an e-Politician.

History is not on your side, however.

Although i think you stepped over the line, i am reassured by your apology, people tend to do stupid things they regret when drunk, we've all been there. I don't think this debacle warrants a resignation, this is an internet space ship game after all, not real politics. The CSM needs a chairman as dedicated as you. I think its understandable that in your drunken haze let the reality of Alex overlap with the reality of The Mittani, which i think is predicable given you must spend so much of your free time being 'The Mittani'

All in All, most of the forum threads are just trolls that will move one to the next big space drama that comes to eve.

Sorry, but you weren't blackout drunk, and you don't need to be to say things like that. The only difference is this time it was in public, and it's on tape, so you can't deny it.
