Why would I have to prove actual malice? He clearly said that if you wish to get this person to kill themselves and gave out the person info. Reguardless of malice, it is wrong to try and push someone to kill themselves.

We are not talking about a court case here were I have to prove anything. This is about right and wrong. It is WRONG to try and push someone to kill themselves. PERIOD. What do you not understand? Clearly you do not understand logic or common sense and clearly your parents failed at being parents.
