Anyone else having client crashing problems?

Ive been having this problem since the new launcher was downloaded, cant rememeber having it before that (although i have a memory like a sieve.
I mostly run 1 client at a time, although i have a second account i run also now and again, but thats not the problem as it mostly always happens when i have only one client running.
The game simply freezes, clouds over and a windows error appears telling me that `the eve client has stopped working` and i have to restart it. Happens on average every 1.5 - 2 hours or so. Luckily i havent been in any critical situations when this has happened but that will change if the eve client keeps crashing.

My PC is very good gaming spec so its not that, besides this never used to happen.

TBH Eve has never crashed on me once in 2.5 years. CCP should make O/S's. Maybe you have a bad mem stick?

Having the same problem. It coincided with the latest Nvdia drivers update. But I haven't played any other games lately so I'm not sure if it's that or the eve launcher.

The PC works fine with all other games i play regularly ( and there are a few) , i have 8gb of 1666Mhz , the PC is 2 years old and have had no problems to speak of, so i doubt that its a memory problem.

Have you set the launcher to close after launching EVE?
