Possible solution to launcher stuck at 15% go into your router settings, turn off all firewall protection go into your windows firewall settings and do the same (windows will flash angry red stuff at you, but ignore it for now) go into your antivirus and turn it off run the launcher. Small & Insignificant: Ignore Message Settings I don't know about the rest of the game but for missions requiring "x" cargo space the "warning" used to be ignorable. This has changed.
