How long does it take CCP to reply to a claim against an ISD? Just curious do they even look when you create a ticket against an ISD ? CSM. The manner mismatch the matter. There is an idea - to consider player opinion by the developer. I think this is to some degree a good way to succeed. At least as part of the quality system.
