Cybernetics change? Did cybernetics get changed from 1x or 2x recently? It is showing up as a 3x skill, and it's saying that I have it trained to level 4 and am half way to level 5. Skill affects in what order? Is their a priority to how skills are applied to a base value? Mining drones for example. The Mining Drone skill gives 5% increase yield per level, but Drone Interfacing gives 20% per level. So which is applied first to the base skill?
