Yes, you can NOS NPCs. I couldnt find anything concrete on this, so I tested myself. Had one NPC that I had a hard time with in a mission. Just couldnt break his shield. Utility highs for mission Paladin. If you have a dedicated Salvage/loot alt, what do you put in your extra 3 high slots? I have zero cap issues, so NOS would be a waste.
