After today's fiasco, I think another "scorched earth" at Jita is in order.

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

the event went as expected.

just because other forces of new eden did not meet you with iced tea and luxurious pool to offer, doesn't mean the event went badly.

I see no reason to riot over the deaths of some worthless carebears. They got what they deserved, the Gods were appeased.

I just recommend you don't rely on the Live Events team to organise this for you.

Live events team forms two fleets to go burn Jita; one in Amarr space and the other in Gallente space. Live events staff then leads the Amarr fleet through Kourmonen and the Gallente one through Innia.

Kudos. This will probably see several thousand fewer pilots venturing into low or null (those directly involved, those they tell and those that read about this FUBAR'd event). Congratulations.

Thinking on this idea some more...forget Jita...burn it ALL! Burn Jita, Amarr, Rens, Hek, Diodoxie. I want to see the space of these places glow with the fire of fury from the playerbase but will it happen?

Who will lead this riot of rebellion? Can we stand before the Empires and CCP and say vOv? I'll leave this post with this:

Exactly there was no event.
We were in sarum prime where there was no event then we moved to Ihal as instructed by ccp.
When we arrived at Ihal there was nothing there, then we moved to RMOC-W guess what, nothing was in RMOC-W.

I was on my alt and i didn't loose anything but when i arrived there nothing was there, and yes i was on time with main fleet.

The event was "stress testing" TQ server, i am sure of it.

This is not Angel extravaganza or Worlds Collide... This is null sec and it involves brain usage instead of F1 + F2

I think you live in a bubble .. MOST people of EVE are in HIGH SEC.
and that WILL NEVER CHANGE.

Do it in Amarr it still has an intact Monument next to the station.
