Socializing isnt hard. I just dont want to do it with you. Except on an internet forum where we slam each others ideas constantly. Solo productivity isnt hard. I can afford more accounts thereby increasing my range and utility just like a person with more employees or more robots can do more with them. You prefer real people I prefer machines. I prefer being in control instead of having every lil moron screw things up for me whereas you like to feed your ego into thinking that your lil world is better than mine because you have all your friends around you. You give up certain freedoms and rights to have that social inclusion and I laugh at it and use the tools at hand to free myself from that loss.

I refuse to do things like you so therefore I am not bright. Well then considering there are millions of people who do not do things like you, in fact EVERY genius on this earth does NOT do things how you do things...guess your not bright then either by your own standards. Hmmm....

Why oh why Mr Anderson do you persist.....Because I choose to.Roll

Have you heard anything I've said?

You said it's all circling the drain, the whole universe. Right?

That's right.

Im assuming you mean 16 years old.... Well I just turned 33 a few days ago so you lose. Now Ill take your 2-1 on that you only have 16 IQ though. Thats easy money right there. Even if you win and have 17 Ill still just take it away from you anyway. Roll

Man this thread is off topic...

But I'll add to it.

The "Gold Ammo" debacle had nothing to do with "paying more to get more". It had to do with "paying to get things spawned out of thin air that weren't initially received/generated through ingame means."

You can already use real money to buy plex, then use the isk to buy a titan. That's fine because the titan (and the isk) remains within the confines of the eve economy. Someone had to go out and mine for it, hold sov and build it, train for it, whatever.

Having multiple accounts is fine as well, because it does not spawn objects out of thin air (except for a few noobships and 5000 isk. Small potatoes) The day that I log in on my second account and find I receive a supercarrier "just because you paid us twice as much as this troll on the forums who we don't like," I'll start worrying.

So to summerize, paying to win is fine as long as it does not spawn/create/give objects/skills/abilities that were not otherwise obtained through in game means, or otherwise happened outside of the forces of the eve economy. Minerals must be mined, modules must be looted/produced. Paying CCP for isk is ok, so long as the exchange value is dictated by market forces.

Multiboxing is fun. So is playing with a single account. I've done both and don't see any reason to restrict youself for either of those forever.

It's adorable how you make this claim like it somehow renders your posts less pitiful, but I assume the comedy is totally lost on you. Protip - Don't be so ambitious next time; most 30+ers have a firm grasp on spelling, grammar, and punctuation. I might have believed 21 at the outside.

Fun as this has been, I give up. It's starting to feel like I'm punching a baby.

Thank you! I noticed this last night, luckily it was a non-combat situation, but this could easily become a big isssue.

Nicely put.

The standard definition of Pay to Win in gaming is the ability to spend cash on items that:

A: Give an in game advantage over other players
B: Can not be obtained via in game currency or through normal game play.

Frankly in EVE the concept of Gold Ammo can not exist.

To address other points in this thread:

1: You do not necessarily need to pay real cash to run multiple accounts. Anybody can fund additional (or all) accounts purely with in game currency if they wish.

2: While multiboxing can have advantages in PVE activities, and can grant a certain amount of independence, it is generally not as efficient as separate people running multiple accounts in a combat situation.

3: People buy faction modules with cash all the time, via PLEX. This is fine as they are also bought with ISK all the time as well.

4: Your definition of "cheating" is irrelevant to everyone except yourself.

5: The ability to multibox is one concession made to people who wish to play EVE solo. While I am not a proponent of that playstyle, even I have to admit they don't get many bones thrown thier way...

Your presence here and your posting habits arn't beneficial to anyone.

I'm blunt, if you dislike that, too bad.

As far as I'm concerned, multi-boxing is cheating

wtf is "cheating"? Have you played eve?

Anyways, I dual box but just a scout or whatever so I haven't noticed the overview thing. My question is, does it update once u get mouse focus on the other screen? As in as soon as you interact with that client does the overview work?

If so, while annoying no doubt, is it that big of a problem? Just add an extra click in no?

I plan on living forever.......so far, so good.

The only cheating i see in game is people using macro's or bots in my humble opinion.

Edit* oh and i think they fixed the dual screen problem with the last hotfix.
