Skill Training Queue Stops For No Reason!

By the massive scale of this Issue, I honestly think it is a good time to give a 50k free SP to everyone.
This is pretty much covers the problem for most of players except those who are on a long vacation trip afk.

And, considering the anger of "ghost training" exploit - 100k for everyone.

Just logged into 4 accounts and all with paused training. So i guess even though there has been a fix, if you was effected by this prior you still need to login and restart your queues.

I just restarted mine manually; first was stopped at 00:41 today - or that's when Eve app on Android says "no skill in training" (of a 360 day queue).

I just found this thread after filing my petitions. Sorry if redundant. Two accounts were stopped.

Was on travels and discovered this morning all my skill queues being stopped.
How do I know about the amount of any "initial reimbursement",
How do I know about when exactly my skill queues stopped (again)?

FYI 4AM EST = 9AM UTC.... I have 3 accounts with training still paused. I don't think the fix to restart queues worked for everyone.

To be honest, CCP shouldn't even ask people to do a ticket, you should just fix your own **** alone since you did this to stop ghost-training (and don't even dare telling us it's not the case), so you should just deal with this alone and don't bother players to raise a ticket that will take forever to be answered.

I don't think the "fix" restarted queues. It most likely just resolved the issue of it reoccurring. You'll probably still need to manually restart.

This appears to have began around 20:00, which would seem late to set off a fix. But yeah, they shouldn't be asking for support tickets. This is just fix it and hand out some SP to make players whole

You did not fix it though, you can't expect thousands of people to log in to resume training? It is vacation period. A lot of people (me included) are away from computers and can't log in to fix **** you caused :/

I unsubbed all my paid accounts, this is one of the last straws really.


Edit - I also checked the "news" link posted by GM. To this hour it doesn't even acknowledge there is any kind of bug. Yay for communication /o/

I'm really starting to question what are CCP's motivations for the futur of EVE. They just seem to be actually caught in a spiral of bad decisions and full retardness... Do you guys still want to keep your players or are you trying to push people out of EVE ?

Because it's not a bug, it's just a lame way for CCP to clean the mess they made possible.

Hi all,

Some info as we have it at the moment. We have identified the issue, and are currently working to automatically restart all queues which have stopped. You do not need to manually restart your queues, nor do you need to file further reports at this time.

Once the fix is in, tested and applied, we will begin logging out the training time lost to this issue, and while at this time I don't have exact details of how reimbursement will work or on what timeframe it will occur, we will bring that information to you as soon as a plan is in place.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we get all of this sorted out.
