I've been without a computer for Months, I just got my arse in gear and finally purchased a new setup. Ordered last Thursdays still waiting on parts arriving. I am planning a eve return. I am wondering what would happen if I logged into a Super in an alpha account.

Well, I could be wrong but the way I understand it is if you had logged out in space while in an Omega ship and then return later and log in as an Alpha Clone, none of the Omega skills and Omega modules will be active. However you'll still be able to dock the ship which then becomes no longer accessible.

I have a new job, testing munition deployment systems.

Walking distance from my house, see leaving my job and randomly moving into a new house worked out...

Well, I guess when you say super you're referring to Supercarrier.

Supercarriers are not able to dock in stations or outposts, they can only dock at Keepstar citadels..

I should have also mentioned that if you eject from that Omega ship into space after logging in as an Alpha, you won't be able to board it again so definitely need to tether it at a Keepstar.

Tethering basically allows the ship to safely remain in space next to a Citadel or Engineering Complex without being targeted.

As someone who has logged into a Super on an alpha account you can sit in the ship and warp about, but can't do anything else with it.

I bet I can't even move fairly sure I've not logged since bay changes if I remember rightly I won't be able to move as I'll be overweight or some rubbish

Yes, dockable, but only in Keepstars. Which there won't be that many around, depending how big your friends are. :p
