Im new to trading and just started to test this programm, but i cant figure out what "Movement" means in the margin calculator.
I understood that "Volume" is the total amount on the market.
But what is "Movement"?
Could someone please explain this to me?Big smile

It's the volume of items sold/bought for currently active orders.

I downloaded this tool yesterday. I've imported the API info from my trading character, but I can't seem to get the "Market Analysis" tab to work. I'm a small-time trader but I find trading fun and I want to use it to find items I can trade on the market. I try to "import data" on selected item types in the Market Analysis tab but when it's fetching the data nothing shows up on the app. All I get from the import-data window is that a load of connections are closed: "connection closed".

Is there anyone who can help me? This looks like a really good app.

I think I need to write that down somewhere. This is an issue with CREST servers - if you hit an overloaded one, the requests will either terminate with error ("bad gateway" or similar) or time out. You can try decreasing CREST thread count in the preferences or wait until the server can handle the load. Unfortunately, there is not much else anyone can do, since the issue is on the EVE side. Apparently, CCP didn't foresee people actually using their api.

Market Analysis -> Import -> select all highsec regions -> select trit -> wait and hope CREST severs won't get a heart attack -> enter filter -> profit!

If you want more detail, deselect "don't save orders" and visit the Market Browser after the import (although it will take a long time).

No question, just another "THANKS!"

Have always liked the program, but didn't realize how much I relied on it until I wasn't on my machines when playing Eve. Shocked No Evernus!

Great program, and it runs on PCBSD and Ubuntu wonderfully. Big smile

Great tool, have been enjoying using it so far.

Quick question tho, under the corp journal is there a way to show all corp wallets or is it restricted to the master wallet?

Are there any future plans to maybe put in graphs etc or even a totals section for different corp income / outgoings?

I know there are services available that need hosting online that can do those things but just wondering if you have any plans to expand Evernus and include those features.

Wallet selection is already done and will be released with the next version.

Hey guys, would it be possible to have a reject order button put in the logisitics tool, so that troll orders/ fake orders can be gotten rid of?
Also, is there a way to add a raw paste data section when viewing an order for buying an entire fit at a time via the new multibuy? Either that, or have a way to populate the order via the multibuy tool via the igb?

Does the import from logs work?

I have tried various things, and nothing seems to work.

I am able to cycle through each of my orders, but I do not know if the data actually gets cached somewhere.

When I click the Import from logs button, I get the message: Saving 0 imported cache orders...

My eve client is saved in C:\CCP\EVE When I go to C:\CCP\EVE\logs, there is nothing there.

Likewise, I see no logs in C:\Users\XXX\Documents\EVE\logs\Marketlogs

Any help is much appreciated.

Just as a heads up since I noticed Evernus is still useing authed CREST: https://developers.eveonline.com/blog/article/a-note-on-crest-rate-limits

Unless you're using another feature that requires auth you're actually better off using public CREST.

Nice, no more bothering users with auth.

Version 1.36 is here. Changes:

  • [new] option to use skills for difference calculations in market analysis (note: margin always uses skills)
  • [new] ability to select corporation wallet division in corporation import preferences
  • [new] option to add random value to price delta
  • [new] corporation assets
  • [new] ability to turn off automatic value snapshots and make manual ones for statistics
  • [changed] alternating row colors in margin tool sample tables
  • [changed] moved statistics preferences to their section in the Preferences window
  • [changed] pending CREST reply counters now use progressive updates (no more seemingly unresponsive window due to event queue filling up)
  • [changed] made market analysis import not hanging the window while processing data
  • [changed] switched to public CREST because of heavy CCP request limiting*
  • [changed] removed CREST thread count setting
  • [changed] Parallax database

* New CREST limits have been announced on a dev blog some time ago and Evernus must comply. This has two major implications for all users:

  1. No more authorizing with Eve.
  2. Absurdly slow CREST.Sad

Despite CCP claims in this blog post, CREST speed has gone down dramatically. You can manually change the default 150r/s limit in the preferences, but with the default in place, everything is extremely slow. Higher numbers will most likely get you CREST errors, so we are all stuck with it. I do not know if CCP can be persuaded to increase the limit, but I will try to give them some numbers.

Note: OSX version will come out not sooner than 10.11 - sorry for that.

hello. I have a problem. For some reason the program picks the lowest price in the region for all my selling market orders, instead of picking the lowest price at the station. How can i fix that? I can't use the program until i find a way to change that....

I dont know if this is important or not, but i have chickens.....
