Oh, didn't know that. Maybe check some local comic stores or w.e in a week? I dunno.

At any rate. Im starting to get rather irritated. Been waiting with Add to cart clicked for 29 mins now.

EDIT : timed out at 30 exactly. Thx for nothing, again.

EDIT AGAIN : Got to see it in my cart briefly, click checkout and it crashes.

I give up. This was no really pleasant experience.

Iirc last year the limited edition of EVE source was not really promoted. It was suddenly on sale. This year you had a dev blog and the announcement in the eve key note. It should have been more than obvious that the serverload would be more than 1,5times as last year. After one hour of time outs, server reboots and unreponsive server, i don't want anymore.

And then only credit card as payment option, as other have reported. No paypal, nothing else. If you had reported the payment options in advance, some people wouldn't even have tried, which saved them time and you server load.

So that's perhaps wait for amazon in april ...

I want to order limited edition to Russia.
If i select "Europe" - shipping cost is 180 Euro.
If i select "NA" - i cannot select shipping method (that section is totally empty), and shipping cost is zero.

Does that mean that i can order it using "NA" page, or i can use only "Europe" with 180 Euro shipping cost?

Like was said above I tried again and again to get through this order process until finally I did! (I got lucky last year with Source, signed even and wanted to complete the set)

I'm an Australian and I know that IKON has units for sale in Australia (but haven't announced how they're selling them since they appear to be a wholesaler) but the 178 Euro shipping charge for the website version is ludicrous. This isn't the first time I've stopped from buying EvE merch, look at the shipping rates for the Muster products. However this isn't a Muster Brand product and while I can't remember the shipping costs for Source CE it was nothing like this. So I'm left wondering what happened this time?

In any case 262.16 Euro ($364 AUD) is so far out of reasonable that I can now put this behind me.

Best of luck to the people still trying to buy it.

Addition: Tried to order and checkout using "NA" region.
When i filled billing information and clicked "Purchase", it just showed me red label "Please choose a shipping method." (While there was still empty - no any boxes with possible shipping methods).

So looks like i can order only EU variant. If i checkout and purchase using "Europe" region - shipping cost is still 180 Euro.

CCP, you are crazy. I'll better take it on Amazon twice cheaper, and with <15 Euro shipping cost.

An hour and a half of trying to purchase from the US /UK store only to at one point have 5 items in my cart that could not be removed, to then managing to get to checkout and constantly being asked for shipping instructions which I could not enter 😡
So I ordered from the Europe store and my order was processed finally. Nearly 40 euros postage and that's economy, I live in the UK so paid tax on my book aswell.
But I have order confirmed so a little happier than an hour ago

So EU-Delivery should be via FedEx, right?
I live in (an ordered to) Germany. Therefore I've chose the EU-Edition, of course. But the system only offered me UPS-Shipping for ~11€. I ordered it anyway and opened a support ticket. I hope CCP can fix this...
