EULA and getting people to sing on comms to save their ship

CCP banned Ero and the Bonus Room crowd because they created the practice to push the limits with CCP and went beyond what most people consider 'good fun'. They got their line in the sand, but I don't see why that should affect people who aren't being overtly malicious. Singing in comms for a few minutes isn't really a grey area (depending on the song). Just tell the participant it's meant in fun, don't take it to the extreme, use some common sense.

Although confirmation from a GM would be good, for the record.

when i used to ransom i always honoured it. back then if you didn't honour it no one would ever pay so it became pointless. i have only once paid a ransom myself which was with my alt and she got tackled in an itty 5. i asked in local if he'd take a ransom and he said 20 mill so i sent it assuming he wouldn't honour it but he did and i flew away. usually as a rule i'd rather die but in that case 20 mill was a small price to pay for 4 bill in her cargo

up till about 05-06 it was pretty common for both sides to honour a ransom but it quickly became all about the killmail and making your victim suffer as much as possible so ransoms because kinda pointless
