Overall, the changes are a bit extreme, but should be interesting at juggling things up. Fatigue seems like a very over-complex system and Ive seen a suggestion that I like about a cyno beacon's strength growing the longer it is lit (as the strength grows, capitals farther away can lock onto it)

Otherwise, a good idea to save blopsing and drops and such would be resetting fatigue if you return/jump back to the same system from where you jumped.

Also, I don't understand what is going to be gained by removing death clones but v0v.

PS. If titan tracking isnt going to get buffed to where it is usable (the modifier to titans that say guns fitted to this ship do reduced damage to smaller than capital ships is plenty imo), then DDs should be usable on subcaps also.

Also, allow super/titan docking. If we have pilots tied up in giant space coffins that can't move around the universe freely anymore, they should definitely be able to dock.

The way to fix all of this tedious game's problems is apparently by introducing more tedium. Roll

The abolition of podjumping makes it massively difficult for our newbies to join us in Deklein. Has any thought been put into that?

The removal of language channels was a harder hit on ''newbies'' but then no one gave a damn about newbs in general as the amount of posts in it shows.Offcourse you care about ''your newb '' but then he has the same easy acces as we all had in the old days to deklein , a shuttle after DT does the trick every time and if he's a few months old noob he can enjoy the bubble-immune interceptor changes. We used to fly badgers solo down to feyth without scouts daily and survive , i'm sure a newb can manage half the amount of jumps in a frig/shuttle/ceptor/covops .

As much as it astounded me no one gave a crap about the removal of those channels as they impact newbs -and no they don't impact me as i haven't been in my native language channel for years- i oddly enough was hoping it now would be the vets turn for some changes ... guess i got what i asked for.

Now let's intensely enjoy this thread shall we ... Lol

Right... Cyno Jammers will be useless (making titan/super production very risky), capitals and supers can go trough gate...

Wait...

Does that mean a completely "mobile"wrecking ball fleet can just burn sov in any region in eve in less than 3 days? (no wonder the TIDI it would generate)

I can't imagine EVE like that...

Good luck doing that in SUpers... ANd not getting ass raped on the other side of the gate in a camp full of carriers.

That logic also suggests that giving ships a 10% chance to explode every minute would be a good change. I don't wholly trust that logic.

Allow people to jump while they still have a cooldown, but with a chance of the ship blowing up based on the cooldown remaining.

Risk-reward FTW Twisted

Edit: Malcanis suggests that there be a warning that you can disable.

I would say to delete all of the current plans and create a new way for 'jumping' to long distances.

Create a Hyperspace "Instance" to the destination, with the chance for interdiction from other parties.

The farther away the longer the time in the instance of hyperspace.

Use EVE Valkyrie as a option to disrupt fleets in hyperspace.

Keep things simple!

If you're attacking a dread sitting sieged on top of a gate and you don't have tackle in place on the other side by the time his cycle is over, I'm not sure you really deserve the kill tbh.

Its not something I've huge experience with but a few times after undocking from a station and/or jumping out of a wh into lowsec with a capital I've managed to jump to a cyno before anyone could point me and I assume it would be even easier on a gate jump with the spread out range.

If CCP will apply these changes, i'll cancel all my subsciprions, and i'm sure thousands of people will do the same.
It woun't be a game i'd like to pay for.

Oh No. How will EVE be able to survive without masses of Russians botters?

Jump fatigue affects people taking bridges from what I understood.

Yup.

THIS IS PURE GOLD JERRY

use your precious JB network..and suck up some jump fatigue.... NO MORE JB hopping ahead of subcaps fleets ..you are gonna have to chase us gate to gate....

the permutations are endless....

or maybe you get trapped near locals and cant bring any more support ..

or maybe JB in subcaps only to be crushed by locals using their carriers..... that would be pure GOLD!!!!

OHHH the goonie tears are so awesome....

Mass you are generally one of the more intelligent sperglords in MOA. Do you seriosuly not realise that the only fleet that will be able to attack sov with any success will be bombers? There are no goon tears, the realization that just by being in a region you now have a massive force advatage. Jump your caps 4 times, hey guys we need to jump one .. bam and done.

GG MOA, never let reality get in the way of your unbridled shitness at EVE

Do you feel this will eliminate access to much of the content available to supercaps? Are there any plans to help them utilize their flying coffins in "local" content, as the pilots are mostly stuck in those ships!

Do you feel these changes will negatively impact regions like Stain, Fountain, and Catch, to which logistics to/from empire will be forced to utilize Sov territory?

The 0.0 CSM do not support all these changes. Some were discussed at the summit, the rest, only had one day to look at. #tweetfleet #csm9

I thought ccp had learned from this (insert previous gates here)

What's the point of the CSM? To tell you that you're being dumb. STOP BEING DUMB. Run your 'ideas' by the CSM before you basically cede the north to the CFC forever.

This devblog has to be the dumbest thing I've read in a very long time. You should just leave it the way it is right now and make no changes. If you continue with this course of action it's no wonder why so many CCP employees are jumping ship so to speak for other game companies. I predict Monoclegate and all the other issues brought about by Incarna. Will pale in comparison to the outrage this is going to generate.
