No more Faction BPC from data / relic site ?

Hello,

Since Kronos, i didn't see any faction BPC drop from a Relic or Data site.

i am Doing around 500 sites/ month in NullSec was used to get some before Kronos.

Maybe i was very unlucky but i think there is an issue unless it's intended and i missed something.

Anyone can confirm if you got some Faction BPC since Kronos ?

I took up exploration as a full time profession in null after Kronos and I didn't even know faction BPCs were a thing that could come from the sites. I have never seen one.

In my opinion data and relic sites are not even worth the effort I think ccp took away the loot when they took away the loot spew, in fact its an insult to even refer to it as "Loot" its nothing more than worthless crap.

For data sites this is mostly true. But for relic sites I am going to have to disagree.

I have also noticed a lot of "empty" containers. Usually these unhacked empty containers are left by the scanner folks and so the sites are not despawned and spawned elsewhere in the constellation as was intended.

The ability to scan the cans needs to go away ASAP so the sites will cycle.

And yes I havent seen any faction BPCs either which is a significant chunk of profit from these sites.

admittedly im only doing hisec atm (sorting skills and eq), but , relic sites and combat seem a waste of effort. Data sites I get about 3m isk per site, not bad for hisec

All my exploration is done in LowSec, and I gotta say that while I used to find faction pos module BPCs back in the lootspew days, I haven't seen a single one of these items post-Kronos. I assumed that they all got moved to NullSec. Finding this thread though kinda squashes that idea.

Where do we go to find this stuff now?

Do partially run sites despawn at downtime?

From my experience, partially run sites stay with all the can full after downtime. if you do 5/6 cans before DT, after DT the site will have the 6 cans full.


If a dev read this, can we get an official statement about faction BPC still dropping or not from data/relic site please ?

As no one confirmed the BPC still dropping, i suppose CCP changed something or it's an issue.

Supposedly they changed it a couple months ago so that if one of the cans is attempted and you warp out the site will respawn after an hour or so. I haven't tested it as I just blitz all the cans regardless of their value.

Havent seen them as well. Also the datafiles have dissappeared from sites. Havent seen them since, and i need them for invention.

Cant complain about BPCs of faction ships. More than im building them atm, cause i hate mining.

The only thing id complain about is the nonsense with the Tech2 BPCs for rigs inside relics. 0 ME and 0 TE and captial size? Who would be dumb enough to produce that? Less value than toilet paper.

Since the change on ME and TE, T2 rigs from data/relic have ME9 and TE9 by default.

Can confirm no faction pos module or tower bpcs in the last 300 or so data/relic sites.
