The sell orders in Jita are 400k higher than the highest that graph shows, actually.
Obviously you ****** something up with drop rates, spawn rates, or both.
Please fix.

Well firstly, sell orders are set by players so has nothing to do with drop rates, secondly, do you not see from your own graph that there was a massive spike in the number of them purchased, see the bars along the bottom, which reduced supply thereby bumping up the price, someone made some speculative purchases of them on the 4th of june by the looks of it, maybe they figured they would be needed for these new warp speed rigs or something :P

On a completely unrelated note:
CCP you really need to take a look at DST overloading in w-space systems with Red Giant effects.

Well, currently one can't get new ones as the complexes spawn with empty(!) cans... EvilSadCry

Posted here before, but no answer from CCP.
Previously, CCP has always had a policy that if you could use something before the patch, you should be able to use them after the patch. Not this time! T2 sentry drones now require faction drone specialization. So I can't use what I could before the patch.

A corpmate of mine petitioned this, and got this answer:

"Lead GM Lelouch" wrote:

Hello there, I've looked into this matter for you and I am afraid this is indeed intentional.

CCP Fozzie, one of the Game Designers responsible for the Drone changes in Kronos, commented on the Tech II sentry drone changes in the following forum thread with a confirmation to this effect:
https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=4427204#post4427204

Here's the quote:
Player question - "Can you address the question of access to racial T2 sentries for those with Sentry Drone Interfacing trained to V. As it stands, those with that skill will lose access to existing weapons when the requirement for racial skills is implemented. Will those pilots receive the minimum level of racial skill to compensate?"

CCP Fozzie's response - "Players will not be given racial drone spec skills. We're announcing this change early so that players have plenty of time to train the skills before the patch."

CCP Customer Support will regrettably not be able to issue SP/Drone Specialization skills as compensation for these changes since this was an intentional change made by our development team. Thank you for your understanding.

I'm apparantly one of the few EVE-players that actually didn't read page 19 in that looong thread, and thus never noticed this change that was so clearly adressed in due time by you CCP Fozzie! :-)
I did however read the entire patch notes, and didn't see this anywhere stated in that!

It is as it is, patchday is over, patch of the patch is over and it's probably too late to do amything about this I guess. I will have to do like everyone else that used to be able to use T2 sentry drones before the pacth without having faction specialization trained, invest some 36 M ISK and skill all to lvl1 at least times several pilots/accounts. I'm not space-poor but not space-rich either, but I guess I'll get along in the end.

But it would be refreshing if someone from CCP could comment on this, and possibly admit it was not the best adress of a significant change you have ever done, and possibly also admit you forgot this in the patch notes or something? A small "I'm sorry" perhaps?

Also, a comment on the rise in NPC prices for these skillbooks would be welcome! Why did you raise the prices from 2 M ISK to 9 M ISK for faction drone specialization? What was the rationale behind that?

After initial update to overview when entering a new system everything on the overview stops updating. In other words the overview becomes static, it doesn't show new information and doesn't erase old information.

I have hade this since first Kronos (june 3)

Yeah, some of them work, some of them appear to refill but don't contain anything. This is the issue.
Working on it now, as well as the double failure issue with containers within data and relic sites.
Will keep you all in the loop.

Update:
The issue with Hacking and Archaeology containers not exploding after a double fail has been fixed and will come out tomorrow. (The inability to hack them and the locked analyzer module issues were symptoms of this)
The refilling of the COSMOS containers has been fixed and will be released on Tuesday.

What I found:

Entering the cosmos hacking/archeology site for the first time allows you to get loot from all cans (if someone didnt mess them uo before you got there, see below). There is 20 minutes timer to respawn the loot in cans.

But the cans dont "lock" themselves within those 20 minutes and you can access the can even without the use of analyzer. Normally you would get message "you need special equipment to access..." if you try to open can after they newly respawned . You can also activate analyzer on these newly respawned cans and successfully hack them, but doing so will get the can stuck without giving you any loot and it becomes stuck until downtime.

One can reset all the hacked cans by (everybody) leaving the site and on coming back all newly respawned cans or hacked cans will be properly reset "in locked state" and now saying "you need special equipment to access..." . After hacking this cans with analyzer you get loot and can wait for another 20 minute cycle. But you will need to leave the site before trying to hack these cans again.

Another thing: leaving any loot inside the hacked cans will get them stuck same way until downtime no matter what...

Hopefully this will get the bugs resolved soon, so we can get to continue our hunt for eve riches in cosmos sites back to normal..

Just hacked 4 of the Contested Guristas sites, all showed full before hacking but were empty upon completion.

SD5 and CD5 before Kronos, exactly what should we have now? My Advanced Drone Avionics is at 3? I thought that would be at lvl5.

Edit: nevermind, Ewar drones is now Advanced Avi. My Drone Avi is at 5. All is correct.

Post patch the amount of fuel used to bridge covert ops ships is not working as intended. Here are my repro steps:

Using a Redeemer with JFC 5 and bridging a unfit Viator:

Open bridged ( I used QPO to VFK )
Have Viator jump through the portal

Outcome: Fuel used is about 6k
Expected Outcome: Fuel used 1744

http://evemaps.dotlan.net/jump/Redeemer,554,B:Viator=1/QPO-WI:VFK-IV

I also tried this with a T3 Strat Cruiser with same results.

Actually they lowered Viator mass in Kronos to 1E7 kg instead of 1.115E7 kg, so your expected fuel use should actually be 1565 He isotopes.

But yeah, 6k, that's a pretty big problem.

That's the problem with immersion - you don't see the meta come after you.

CCP : voluntary in-Game notification mailing list. Also - 8/10 of people I've asked didn't even know about calendar notifications, so those aren't working so well.

Don't know if this has been mentioned already.

When using DST's Fleet members don't see the full m3 of the Fleet hanger they only see the base 50,000m3. X

Bug or as intended?

Well firstly, sell orders are set by players so has nothing to do with drop rates, secondly, do you not see from your own graph that there was a massive spike in the number of them purchased, see the bars along the bottom, which reduced supply thereby bumping up the price, someone made some speculative purchases of them on the 4th of june by the looks of it, maybe they figured they would be needed for these new warp speed rigs or something :P

Do you not see the contradiction here?

What contradiction, the players purchased the items which reduced supply on the market, what exactly are you even talking about lol

If someone purchased all the lowest priced orders then whatever is left are the higher priced orders, which, by default, would bump the average price of the item as the lowest priced available order would be higher than the current one :P

I don't dispute that, but you are only explaining the second statement I highlighted.

My point is that it contradicts the first.

I'm still not entirely sure what it is you're after, the prices went up because someone purchased a large bulk of the wheels, what relation does this have to drop rates?

Do you have any actual sources other than someone making a speculative purchase based on the warp speed mods that have yet to drop anywhere?
