Bugs

  • I have problem to type numbers when I try transfer ISKs to/from my wallet. I'm unable to put in any numbers, but I can use mouse wheel to scroll numbers. I'm running on Windows 7 64-bit and Windows XP SP3 32-bit all the same across all clients. *FIXED* problem was in cache\prefs.ini (deleting did fixit)
  • Overview and Selected windows are moving when I minimize/maximize them. I have in right top corner of screen Selected Window (not pinned) and Overview window is snapped under Selected Items Window not pinned too). I have snap distance 3 pixels. When I minimize both and then maximize only Overview window it move and snap to upper right corner not in position where it was before I did minimize that window. When I then maximize back Selected Items window Overvier window move down and snap back under Selected Items window.

Problems

  • I'm unable to see numbers in names of COs in Overview because name is now really long and fill up whole overview. New names are excessive long like "Interbus Customs Office (J152257 II)". Most significant part of name planet number is at end of text.
  • Numbers aren't sorted, because IX is before V not after VIII, please make proper sorting order for numbers or start using numbers like 1,2 ... etc. and sort it properly not 1,10,2, etc. I don't see reason why to use "Roman" numbers in EVE client.

- Provide a means to cancel the Jump portion of the Warp+Jump action. One is unable to use Ctrl-Space because one is in warp, and trying to time the 'stop ship' command in the split second one arrives at the gate (before control is handed to the 'jump' action) is very difficult. If you can give us a way to concel the accidental push of the Lemming Button, we will stop calling it that....

Actually, hitting Ctrl-Space during the warp DOES cancel the jump, just as it has always cancelled the dock portion of a warp+dock command.

While mining I have the name of an asteroid stuck in the middle of my screen
also, my speed indicator usually shows 0.0 ms while not moving, it has disappeared (the 0.0ms that is)

My issue is kinda severe one. ---> I CANT PLAY EVE thnx to it. Thnx CCP!

I was jumping gate and instead arriving on other side i got black screen and couldn't do anything.
This new fancy bug just rendered my account useless.

My other accounts are working (so far) so its definitely game's issue - not mine.

Wondering how many more "Easter eggs" are w8ting for us...

Okay, this PI tax debate...

I'm in hisec. I want to export 160 Test Cultures, and it's going to cost me 144,000 ISK. That's 900 ISK per TC because some oik has calculated the "average" price of refined commodities is 9000 ISK.

Best selling price in region for TCs is 350 ISK, and it's not like I'm in some diddly little backwater region...

What's the point...?

"Average" prices are stupid unless the demand is the same for all products. Which it clearly isn't, and never will be. Hence averaging out the prices of a wide range of vastly different commodities is pure unadulterated bollocks.

Bro I feel ya, my taxes went from being around 15k, to 880k...... thats kinda ridiculous. Idc what anyone says these new taxes are really messed up. I make my living off of PI and its how I pay for Eve if CCP doesnt fix this they'll be losing me. On another note, if im getting charged these ridiculous prices I guess I can just adjust my price of coolant from 8k to something ridiculous like 16k per unit and everything will be okay. So for all you POS owners if you wanna get cheap, affordable fuel again you better be screaming at CCP for gutting PI.

Now heres the logical argument.... Currently I can sell my coolant for somewhere around 8000isk per unit sometimes more, im rather nice and sell cheap fuel to the local POS owners in exchange for protection from pirates, a full time buyer, and fleet invites for roams or other corp activities.

So in one batch I make around 6000 units of coolant selling that for 8000 each is 48mil. However I'd have to export the mats of 2 characters each with 5 planets each. For simplicity lets assume export is 1mil(120k off actual price) thats 10mil+export 3 planets on my main thats 13mil to export mats that I own. Now throwing them back down to be converted into coolant will cost m 4mil. Thats 17mil, then i'd have to export the coolant off planet and thats probably 3mil easy. So 20mil lost in exports thats almost HALF of my profit. Now I'll only be making 28mil....

I went out of my way to do PI in 3 characters so I could increase my profits, to have such a large chunk of my profit taken in one patch seems a bit too much. CCP I love you and were real tight for putting dubstep in that new trailer... but I draw the line when you gut my main source of income like that, thats not cool homie.

Alt-Tab makes ingame windows disappear (apparently randomly), making it impossible to dualbox
the nebulae is still there but no overview, chat, scanner, fleet windows.
sometimes you can still use the contextual menu to warp somewhere, sometimes it's impossible to click or right-click anywhere
sometimes, after a while or after a few more alt-tabs, the windows appear again. if not, the only way out of game is to end the EVE.exe process

very very annoying

If nothing changes, the hisec market for high-end commodities is either going to skyrocket, or it's going to die. And if it skyrockets, then it will still die, only more slowly and more painfully. Nulsec may be sniggering up its sleeves as Customs Offices fall to their guns, but hisec goods DO filter down into nulsec, and this change IS going to affect everyone.

I was under the impression that the new Caldari Battle Cruiser, Naga, would be capable of fitting Seige Launchers, yet there are no Launcher hardpoints?

Yup, I was just explaining to a corp mate. All P1+ PI stuff is going to sky rocket in price and heres why.... PI that isnt profitable is going to be dropped so a considerable amount of PI mats on market will stop being produced and some people may drop PI completely. So less, more expensive PI mats, and less people making those mats = smaller much more expensive economy.

This will definitely affect POS owners who dont have the PI skills to make their own fuel and relied on the market for cheap fuel. So you'll have less people out there with POS's which reduces the amount of opportunities to make large sums of ISK for smaller corps.

This patch doesnt benefit anyone and just hurts the entire Eve economy, exports were fine there was no need to raise the price so steeply. There was no exploitation or just insane amounts of ISK coming from PI I dont see the reasoning behind it.

Find somewhere better to sell them. Hell, Jita's up to 7300 now. for a buy price.

Yes, taxes are up. yes, it hurts. yes, you're an idiot for making something you can only sell at 350 isk, when you could pick something better.

now being able to filter cosmic sigs on their nature: currently it does only filter sigs when you scan them beyond 25% which renders the feature useless.

Not sure if it's been mentioned yet or not, but can't drag and drop items from Market's Browse, Search, or Quickbar into chat/evemail for a quick link anymore.

When i shot down a ship somebody, at the 0-minute in the combat log,
i see some SQL-stuff (i believe) ... but not 0 minutes.
shows a minute after a minute, though.

When i get added, i see a {level} instead of the actual standing.
"Mariella Gilmore" has no head, but hair, when rendered in full body view. (show info)

I haven't got my billion isk yet.
The UI acts way too responsive, that has to be a bug.
the salvager makes weird noises.

that's it. xD

No, I'm not an idiot for making something that was profitable up until two days ago.

Anybody would scream if taxes were raised by thousands of percent.

I actually use TCs for further manufacturing, but have to export them from one planet to use them on another (thus paying two more tranches of exorbitant tax which hyper-inflates the price of the final product).

The knock-on effect of such vastly raised prices will be negative for the majority of players.

My argument against averaging prices of differing commodities remains valid.

Otherwise, I agree with you.

I know the POS Fuel Block BPO's have only just been seeded etc... but I haven't seen any mention of this little problem.

As per the Dev Blog recommendation I decided to put some fuel blocks in my tower nice and early (along with the regular fuel load), but got this message:

[ 2011.12.01 10:42:48 ] (notify) You cannot place Minmatar Fuel Block in this fuel bay

It's a Minmatar Medium tower. What?

Tried the stront bay as well just in case... nope.

Is it a bug or is this going to be switched on nearer to fuel change-over time?
