They broke nothing in the EULA.

They did all this over Teamspeak. By doing it outside of the game, Erotica 1 created a false sense of ownership (ie, DEFRAUD) of the virtual items that exist in the game. This is the premise upon which he held them in MENTAL DURESS!!

By communicating game-related activities over TeamSpeak, Erotica 1 in fact broke international scam law! Interpol is involved. Calls have been made.

Two things that come to mind from this thread:

Erotica 1 isn't Mittens? I always just assumed they were the same person.

Also, Erotica got kicked from the goons for being too much of . . . something. Isn't that kind of enough to drop the ban hammer?

Yikes. Tough job, how do you stay awake at the end of your shift though. I tend to start dozing after 20 hours of work...

Although English isn't my first language, in almost all cultures in the world, it should come as a naturally logical conclusion (to most people anyway) that if you want to rebut someone's post, you should at the bare minimum quote what you are directly replying to, so that your arguments have a bit more context, plus it shows the other person respect by showing that you have actually read and understood what was written, and considered it before making a rebuttal.

That, or you're just flinging sarcastic insults for the sake of doing it. It's OK, it happens when people get so upset over random posting by random strangers on the internet that they need to go outside.

But, honestly - TIMING is not the issue. NOR is the actual scam or the ignorance/greed of the victim. It's about the cyber-bullying, making fun of a guy's speech impediment, and the scammer's overt desire to avoid CCP's user agreement by trying to move the whole thing offsite. And then it's about posting the conversation for the sheer purpose of having others join in "the fun" of watching another guy lose his net virtual worth and get extremely agitated in the process. That's what this is about.
