My First Support Ticket Experience

I was amazed to find my bugged mission reset for me less than 20 seconds after I submitted a ticket! I have never had such an unbelievably quick response in any other game or IRL service. I'm sure you get a lot of angry nerds so I just wanted to say thank you Big smile

He didn't actually say in the above quote if the petition was resolved. As far as we know it could still be open, or simply a coincidence, with the petition for something totally unrelated. He does seem to do some implying, but no explicit statement.

For instance...

"Just the other day I liked a dev's post. When I tabbed back to game, I found an unpiloted Scorpion Ishukone Watch sitting in a can next to my afk cloaked bomber. Thanks!"

Of course this didn't happen, but had it, it would most likely just be a coincidence. My guess is his bugged mission randomly resolved itself on its own.
