This would be great.

I wonder if it could be object specific though. For example stations and supercaps can immediately start using this while the rest may follow or be optional. This way large objects that would probably benefit most from this will receive an immediate cosmetic upgrade.

I like HI RES when im playing a single game for PVP... but when im multi boxing my computer just won't support HI RES multiple games... SO YES but OPTIONAL ONLY!!!!!
