Lipstick and cropping are interesting and moody. I wonder if she would look more intense and lifelike if she was looking at the camera or off to the side. I also wouldn't mind seeing more of her chin to get a better sense of facial structure and personality. +0.5 for being a fellow redhead. 7.5/10

Lipstick mismatches everything. Neither the style suits the mouth nor the color green suits well to redheads (try a pink, or just natural with gloss, or maybe a blue if you feel lucky and don't plan wearing eyeshadow). 7/10 because expression and pose are OK.
